Classes End of Year Festival 11.15 am (Parents invited, no Lunch Club)

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our Classes End of Year Festival this Friday 7th July at 11.15 am.

Cl.8 parents to be seated at 11am, then students and other school parents from 11:10am. 11:15am start.

Children are to be dropped off at 8.15 am as usual, and parents are invited from 11 am. 

Pick up is at the earlier time of 12.30 pm, there will be no lunch club that afternoon.

Capacity is limited so tickets are available from Pam, two per family.

As we are a large community, we need to go over some housekeeping rules:

This is a no camera event apart from our designated school photographer. Please ensure your phone is switched off during the Festival.

The school children's festival is for that section of the community as the Kindergarten have their separate Festival on Thursday.

We need a way of controlling numbers/ tickets so only Marquess gate will be used. We will open at 11 am (Cl. 8 parents can arrive at 10.50 am) for a 11.15 am start.

In case you hear the fire alarm, the school becomes silent. Teachers will take the children to the assembly point outside Marquess gate. The school children must stay with their teacher. All parents will exit through the project space and move swiftly to the green through the St Paul's Road gate. The school children will be counted, and the building swept. Let this process happen without distraction, so please stay on the green away from the classes.
